Some players have suggested that logging out and logging back in again can fix this issue but there is nothing certain. The bug has been reported to the Call of Duty Developers and they are responding to it. When a more permanent fix will come about we don't know, we'll just have to wait and see.

To change their card, players just need to click on the Calling Card section. That will open up a list of their available cards, including those that come with the game, and the ones that have been earned through challenges.
